Degree in French Philology and Interpreting from the Catholic University of Paris.
Master in Human Resources from the Instituto de Directivos de Empresa of Madrid.
Fluent in three languages: Spanish, English and French.
She founded Magallanes Consultores de Dirección in 1993 being its Partner and Managing Director at present.
She previously worked as Consultant for 10 years in one of the major International firms for European Executive Search and Selection.
Victoria is member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of a relevant Non-profit Association.
Lidia Alvarado
Senior Consultant
Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Master in HHRR Management from Escuela de Negocios CESMA.
She joins Magallanes Consultores de Dirección in 2004.
At present she is Senior Consultant being responsible for the research area of Magallanes Consultores de Dirección.
Before joining the Company she worked in Commercial and Management areas of companies within the utilities sector and developed functions for clinical and psychopedagogical assessment and diagnosis.
Rui Borges

Degree in Law from the University of Lisbon and MBA from AESE/IESE.
Fluent in four languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
In 2001 he founded the firm Ad Capita Executive Search in Portugal being at present its Managing Partner and correspondent of Magallanes Consultores de Dirección.
Founder and Member of the Executive Committee of INAC Excutive Search Worldwide.
Previously he was Human Resources Director of an important Consultant Group.
